GPC condemns coalition’s airstrikes on wedding party in Jawf

SANAA, July 15 (YPA) – The General People’s Congress (GPC) condemned the crime of Saudi aggression in Masafa area of ​Hazm district in Jawf province, which targeted a wedding, killed and wounded 31, most of them women and children.

The GPC stressed in a statement that this crime comes two days after the Saudi aggression plane committed a massacre in Wishah district of Hajjah province, in which a number of women and children were killed.

The statement considered this crime an extension of the crimes of the Saudi aggression and its hideous massacres against civilians in housing, markets and public roads.

The statement held the United Nations, the Security Council, the Human Rights Council and the international community responsible for legal, ethical and humanitarian consequences as a result of their silence and tolerance of targeting the Alliance of Aggression against civilians.

The statement renewed the call for the formation of a neutral international investigation committee to look into all crimes of the aggression coalition as war crimes that do not lapse by statute of limitations.
