Civil Defense put out fire in gas locomotive in Sanaa

SANAA, July 15 (YPA) – The civil defense managed on Wednesday to control a fire in a gas locomotive in Sanaa province.

The general director of guidance and public relations in the civil defense authorit, Khalid al-Shirahi declared that six teams from the civil defense Authority managed to control the fire.

The cause of the fire was due to the high temperature in the churches, which led to the burning of tires.

The burning of tires encountered a leak in the gas tank, which made the command of controlling the fire of the locomotive more complicated, al-Shirahi added.
