TAIZ, July 14 (YPA) – A UAE-backed soldier loyal to “35 brigade” was killed on Tuesday and three others injured in fierce clashes erupted in front of the gate of the brigade in Taiz province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.
The clashes erupted among the brigade’s guards and armed tribesmen due to establishing military sites beside citizens’ villages in al-Shamaitin area.
Previously, a woman was wounded when she was shot by unknown gunmen fires on Jamal street in the middle of Taiz city.
Meanwhile, Islah party’s militias cut off most of main streets by burning tires, protesting against killing the commander Sharaf al-Awni who was killed yesterday.
