Yemen accuses UN of complicity with coalition crimes

SANAA, July 12 (YPA) – Yemen’s Human rights Ministry accused on Sunday the United Nations and its envoy Martin Griffiths for Yemen of complicity with the Saudi-led aggression coalition’s crimes against citizens in Yemen.

The ministry, in a news statement, strongly condemned the crime committed by the aggression fighter jets that killed six women and other four children in Washah district of Hajjah province in earlier in the day.

The statement said that the countries of the aggression continued to kill women and children in light of the silence and a flagrant absence of the humanitarian conscience by the United Nations, its organizations and its envoy for Yemen.

The ministry held the coalition states and the UN full responsible for committing crimes against the Yemeni people.

It called on the international community and the humanitarian organizations to form a committee to probe into the crimes committed by the aggression coalition against the Yemeni people and their capabilities.
