NCM warns citizens to stay away from water gatherings for coming 24 hours

SANAA, July 7 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has warned on Tuesday citizens in areas expected to have rainfall, calling to stay away from gatherings and channels of waters within the coming 24 hours.

The center expected in its weather forecast the formation of convective clouds and with varying rainfall, accompanied by thunderstorms and active winds on separate parts of the western and southwestern mountainous highlands.

It pointed out that the instability of weather included a series of western highlands and separate parts of the desert areas.

The center stated an winds would be active in the eastern regional waters, Socotra archipelago, and the eastern Gulf of Aden, as well as the eastern coasts.
