Yemeni army calls Saudi civilians to stay away from military headquarters

SANAA, July 7 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, on Tuesday called on Saudi citizens and residents in Saudi Arabia to stay away from military headquarters and facilities used for military purposes, as they became among the army’s targets.

During a press briefing this afternoon, Sarie indicated to the military operations of the Yemeni armed forces that targeted military headquarters and installations in the depth of the Saudi enemy.

He confirmed that “all the targets of the army and the popular committees are military or of a military nature, and have a role in the aggression against Yemen, directly or indirectly.”

“Today, we will not respond to the threat with a threat, but rather we will confirm that our action precedes speech,” he said. “No force on earth will be able to stop our legitimate military operations.”

The army spokesman affirmed that Yemen’s military situation has become much better than it was and the surprises of the Yemeni army would not stop.

During the press briefing, Sarie addressed a message to Saudi-led coalition countries on behalf of the armed forces saying “Your economic war will have severe consequences and its fire may extend to your doorstep soon.”

He added that “the Yemeni people will not starve to death and the forces aggression must understand this message well.”
