All money exchange shops closed in Aden

ADEN, July 6 (YPA) – The Money Exchange Association announced on Monday its total rejection for the self-management mechanism imposed by the UAE-backed southern transitional council.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the association called for the closure of all exchange shops in the city, starting today.

The Money Exchange Association warned of the danger of undermining their reputation, the repeated attack on their offices by military pick-up vehicles and the declaration of weapons against employees.

And the statement of the association held the central bank fully responsible for the deterioration of the currency and the fall of the riyal.
