SANAA, July 1 (YPA) – Saudi Arabia has exerted great efforts to reach and negotiate with Iran, but America would not allow Riyadh to do so, according to a former Iranian ambassador to Iraq Hassan Danaeifar.
Danaeifar told the Russian website “Sputnik, “There are internal problems in Saudi Arabia and regional issues need to the ability to tackle through dialogue and understanding.”
Danaeifar affirmed that Saudi Arabia has religious impacts in the Islamic world, and other impact on the International Monetary Fund because of its significant financial resources, foreign currency reserves and capacity of oil production, in addition to the international relations and its active foreign policy with the countries of the world, especially the United States.
He added that Saudi Arabia tried to control Iraq and Yemen, noting that Iran would be ready to negotiate and reach an agreement with Riyadh.
