SANAA, June 30 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate on Tuesday returned to its decline in the southern provinces, to reach 752 riyals for one dollar in Aden province, and 744 riyals in Hadramout province.
This came as a result of the tension between the armed factions loyal to Saudi-led coalition and the arrival of a new batch of the funds printed without cover at Mukalla port in Hadramout.
However, the Yemeni riyal preserved its stability in the capital Sanaa at 619 riyal per dollar, while the average price of dollar on the black market reached 605 riyals.
The dollar price in the Central Bank of Yemen in the capital Sanaa continued at 250.5 riyals, and in other Yemeni banks in the capital it remains stable at 498 riyals.
