Warm weather expected for next hours: NCM

SANAA, June 23 (YPA) – The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) expected on Tuesday the warm weather within the coming 24 hours in Yemen.

The center affirmed that the weather would be warm and clear to partly cloudy, with the possibility of the formation of cells from cumulus clouds in separate areas, especially on the governorates of Ibb, Taiz, Lahj and Abyan, as well as coastal areas.

The NCM added that the weather also might be extremely hot dry and clear to partially cloudy with moderate winds reaching a maximum speed at 22 knots in deserts of Mahra, Hadramout, Shabwa and Jawf.

“Partly cloudy climate with the possibility of light rainfall will be on Socotra archipelago, and winds to be its speeds from 20 to 35 knots,” the center explained.
