Al-Nuaimi confirms Political Council’s support for security system development

SANAA, June 20 (YPA) – Member of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Saleh al-Nuaimi, on Saturday confirmed the Council’s support for developing the security services performance , within the framework of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.

This came during a meeting chaired by al-Nuaimi, and included Deputy Prime Minister for Defense and Security Affairs Lieutenant General Jalal al-Rowishan, Chief of the Security and Intelligence Service Major General Abdulhakim al-Khiwani, and Secretary of the Supreme Political Council Dr. Yasser al-Hori.

The meeting dealt with the achievements of the security system during the past period and their impact on enhancing security and stability.

During the meeting, it was stressed on taking advantage of the scientific and technological development to improve the performance of the security system and uphold the principle of the rule of law.
