Defense organization for communications services condemns coalition’s attacks on telecom networks

SANAA, June 20 (YPA) – The National Organization for Defense of Telecommunications and Post Services condemned the targeting of aggression against communication networks and stations in Amran and Sanaa provinces.

The organization considered in a statement targeting the aggression communications network stations in the Bani Ghaith area, Bani Sureem district and Jabal Ziemeh, the district of Dhibeen in Amran, and Tabat Al-Hawry in the Hamadan district of Sanaa, as a systematic destruction of civil infrastructure.

The statement noted that the aggression coalition’s continued targeting of the communication network infrastructure is a flagrant violation of international laws and human rights instruments.

The statement emphasized that the Saudi aggression alliance’s ignoring the calls of human rights organizations, international federations, and international and humanitarian organizations to neutralize basic services is a blatant challenge that undermines the credibility of what it claims.

The Organization for the Defense of Communications held the Saudi-led aggression coalition responsible for the consequences of this blatant escalation of communications networks, stations and towers in Amran and Sanaa, calling for human rights, humanitarian organizations, international organizations and unions to play its role against the crimes of aggression and targeting infrastructure.
