145 kg of hashish seized in Hajjah

HAJJAH, June 17 (YPA) – The Yemeni security services seized on Wednesday 145 kg of hashish in Hajjah province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

100 kg of hashish was seized in the possession of an smuggler on board a Hilux car in Mostaba district and 45 kg in Abs district in the possession of three people while trying to smuggle them to Saudi Arabia, the official added.

The official affirmed that the seizures with the smugglers were referred to the custody to complete the legal procedures.
