Foreign Minister congratulates Filipino counterpart on National Day

SANAA, June 13 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Abdullah on Saturday sent a congratulatory cable to Foreign Minister of the Republic of the Philippines Teodoro L. Locsin on the occasion of his country’s national day.
