Iran records 70 deaths, 2,043 new infections with Corona

SANAA, June 8 (YPA) – Iran announced on Monday that it recorded 70 new deaths,and 2034 new infections with Coron virus during the last 24 hours.

The total number of corona cases in the country reached 173832, including 8,351 deaths, while 133,660 people were recovering, the Iranian Ministry of Health said on Monday.

The ministry indicated that 2,619 people were infected with the virus in a critical health condition, and that the epidemiological situation in Khuzestan province remains at a red state.

The ministry said that a million and 107 thousand tests had been conducted to detect the virus from its start in the country until now.
