Sanaa inaugurates cereal cultivation in two districts

SANAA, June 1 (YPA) – Governor of Sanaa province Abdelbaset al-Hadi along with CEO of the General Corporation for Grain Development and Production Ahmed al-Khaled on Monday inaugurated the season of grain cultivation in Bilad al-Rus and Sanhan districts.

In the inauguration event, al-Hadi emphasized the use of rain water to grow various types of grains in several districts of the provinces.

He praised the efforts of farmers and their keenness to grow grains in order to achieve food security, in implementation of the directives of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council.
