Army foils mercenaries’ infiltration attempt in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, May 30 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by the popular committees on Saturday managed to foil an infiltration attempt carried out by Saudi-led coalition’s mercenaries towards army’s locations in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, a military  official said.

According to the official, the mercenaries tried to advance towards the northern areas of Hays district but were foiled by the army forces.

Moreover, the Saudi-led aggression forces established new combat fortifications in the Jabalyih area of Tuhytah district.
