Law issued to amend Higher Judicial Institute Law

SANAA, May 4 (YPA) – The Law No. 9 for 2020 amending two articles from the Law No. 34 of 2008 about the Higher Judicial Institute and its amendments was issued on Monday.

The article No. 1, the amendment of the two articles No. 28 and 46 from the law No. 34 for the year 2020.

The last article of the law stipulated that the law should come into effect from the date of issuance and to be published in the official Gazette.
