Abdulsalam: Affar’s crime is one of the atrocities of alleged ceasefire announced by Saudi-led aggression
SANAA, May 3 (YPA) – The head of the national negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam has commented on Saudi-led coalition’s crime, which is bombing the Affar customs port in Bayda province.
“It is a major crime committed by Saudi-led aggression to target the interests, transportation and livelihoods of people in the Affar area of Bayda province,” Mohammed Abdulsalam said on Twitter account.
Mohammed Abdulsalam added ” this crime is one of the atrocities and scandals of the alleged ceasefire of Saudi-led coalition, by expanding the circle of fire and intensifying airstrikes on fronts and non-fronts, with the complicity and shameful silence of the United Nations.
On Saturday, At least three people were reported wounded and many others missing as the initial toll of a Saudi-led coalition aerial attack on the Afar customs center in Bayda province, sources in the local authority said.
There are locomotive drivers, including foreigners, among the missing,” the sources added.
According to the sources, “the bombing of the Afar customs center by coalition aircraft resulted in the burning of 12 locomotives, which included food, household items and generators.”
