2 killed, others wounded from Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces
SANAA, April 21 (YPA) – Two fighters were killed and two others were wounded, from the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces on Tuesday after a bombing targeted a car carrying them, south of the Nineveh Governorate center, northern Iraq.
Iraqi Security Media Cell said that an explosive device was detonated by a vehicle belonging to the 36th Regiment of the Popular Mobilization in the “Al-Lazaqah” area south of the city of Mosul, the center of Nineveh.
The explosion killed two fighters and wounded two others.
The Iraqi army and its supporting forces are working to get rid of ISIS hotbeds three and a half years after the organization was completely expelled from northern Iraq.
