70 war prisoners released in unilateral initiative: Al-Mortada

SANAA, April 9 (YPA) – The head of the National Prisoners’ Affairs Committee, Abdul Qader al-Mortada, announced on Thursday the release of 70 war prisoners in an unilateral initiative.

Al-Mortada affirmed in a statement that the release process came with a unilateral humanitarian initiative launched by the leadership in Sanaa.

The prisoners were arrested while fighting alongside with the Saudi-led aggression coalition in various battle fronts.
