Gunmen withdraw from 20th Camp in Aden

ADEN, March 24 (YPA) – Gunmen led by a militia leader seceding from the so-called Southern Transitional Council (STC) on Tuesday withdraw from the 20th Camp located in Crater area in the port city of Aden, southern Yemen.

A military mediation intervened to stop conflict between the STC’s militia and the gunmen of the leader “al-Nobi” in Crater, after he imposed his control over the area early last week, sources reported.

According to the sources, the agreement stipulated the safe exit of the al-Nobi gunmen backed by Saudi ambassador in Aden Mohammed Al Jaber from the camp and handing it with its military equipment to the STC’s militia led by Osan al-Anshali.
