Islah forces arrest 34 officers loyal to coalition in Marib

MARIB, March 22 (YPA) – Forces affiliated with Islah Party (Muslim Brotherhood) in Marib city arrested 34 officers subject to Sagheer bin Aziz, chief of staff in Hadi’s forces, sources reported on Sunday.

“The officers were arrested after fleeing from Serwah front, and among them officers with the rank of colonel and lieutenant colonel,” the sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, 30 of the officers are from Amran province and four others from Jawf province, and they were arrested in Marib on the charge of working as sleeping cells for the “Houthis” (Ansarullah).
