Pro-coalition commanders killed, injured in airstrikes in Jawf

JAWF, March 16 (YPA) – A number of military commanders loyal to Saudi-led coalition were killed and others injured at dawn on Monday by when the coalition warplanes targeted them while fleeing the confrontation in al-Yatma front in Jawf province.

“The coalition aircrafts launched several airstrikes targeting the so-called “Al-Ezz Brigade” led by Hamad bin Rashid al-Hazmi near Al-Dhaba Mountain north of al-Yatma front, which resulted in a large number of dead and wounded among the coalition troops,” sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources explained that among the military leaders killed by the raids was Askar bin Awfan, and among the wounded were Amin al-Okimi, al-Basha bin Hizam, Ayedh al-Attiyah and Ali Mohsen al-Hadi, while the fate of commander of the brigade, Hamad al-Hazmi, is still unknown.
