Higher Committee for Combating Epidemics suspends exams’ date

SANAA, March 16 (YPA) – The Higher Committee for Combating Epidemics in Sanaa province suspended on Monday exams’ date in schools, universities, institutes and colleges until further notice.

The Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Affairs and the head of the committee, Hussain Maqbuli held a meeting included Health, Transportation, Industry and Education Ministers and other officials.

The committee stressed at the meeting on the need to prepare for combating coronavirus and taking the necessary measures to prevent the spread of the virus.

The committee also decided to apply penalties against those who create rumors and false news about coronavirus.
