SHABWA, Feb. 25 (YPA) – A child was killed and others were wounded on Tuesday in fierce clashes broke out in Yemen’s southern province of Shabwa, according to sources.
The sources said that that the clashes erupted between the Saudi-backed Islah Party militants and the UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council militias, where heavy and light arms were used.
The armed confrontations took place in vicinity of the home of the governor Mohammad Saleh bin Adio in Ataq city.
