71 new death cases of coronavirus registered in China

SANAA, Feb. 25 (YPA) – China’s Health Authorities announced on Tuesday that 71 new  death cases of coronavirus have been registered in the country.

Over 508 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in the last 24 hours, the authorities added. They indicated that the number of infected cases have risen to 77,658.

The death toll from the new coronavirus on the Chinese mainland has risen to 2,663, and 27.2,000 cases have been cured, a statement said.

The central province of Hubei, the epicenter of the virus outbreak, recorded 68 new deaths, while its capital, Wuhan, recorded 56 deaths.
