Yemeni riyal continues to drop in southern provinces

SANAA, Feb. 15 (YPA) – Yemeni riyal on Saturday continued its sharp decline in the financial markets in the southern occupied provinces, where the so-called “legitimate government” is unable to stop its exchange rate’s accelerating deterioration, to reach 665 riyals per dollar in Aden province.

The riyal’s exchange rate in Hadramout province reached 655 riyals per dollar, while it continued to stabilize in the capital Sanaa at 598 riyals per dollar.

The dollar price average on the black market reached 600 riyals, while the dollar exchange rate remained stable in the Central Bank in Sanaa at 250 riyals per dollar and 440 riyals in other Yemeni banks in the capital Sanaa.
