Yemen’s authorities in Sanaa release 32 Egyptian sailors

SANAA, Feb. 5 (YPA) – The National Salvation Government released on Wednesday 32 Egyptian sailors who were arrested by the Yemeni Coast Guard forces.

The release operation came under an amnesty issued by President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat.

Earlier, the Egyptian sailors were arrested by the Yemeni navy forces after being entered the Yemeni territorial waters illegally.

Separately, the Egyptian plane carrying representatives of the Egyptian government arrived today at Sanaa International Airport today to receive the released sailors.
