Report:Army steps up attack against Saudi army in border battle fronts

SANAA, April 29 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Sunday stepped up an attack against sites and gatherings of Saudi army and their militias in combat fronts over the past 24 hours, killing dozens, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

In border province of Jizan, the army foiled an attack of Saudi soldiers and their militias towards site of al-Dud mountain.

The official added that the attack killed dozens of soldiers and the militias and wounded  others, though, the coalition warplane waged a series of air attacks to support their militias and soldiers on the ground.

Meanwhile, the missile forces fired eight ballistic missiles, Bar1, towards vital and economical sites in Jizan.

In Najran province, the army attacked Saudi military site of Sudis, killing, wounding dozens of Saudi army and destroying a military vehicle.

The army launched a ballistic missile, Zilzal 2, and a barrage of Katyusha rockets on gatherings of Saudi soldiers in site of al-Makhrawqa in Najran, the official added.
