Yemeni riyal increasingly collapses in southern provinces

SANAA, Jan. 20 (YPA) The Yemeni riyal exchange rate continued on Monday its great and increasing collapse in the occupied southern provinces, reaching 668 riyals per dollar in the occupied Aden province for the first time.

This came at a time the riyal exchange rate continues to be stable against foreign exchange rates in the capital, Sanaa, as a result of the decision of the Central Bank in Sanaa to prevent the circulation of the newly printed currency.
