Update: Yemeni army shoots 2 Saudi-led mercenaries in Asir

ASIR, Jan. 15 (YPA) – Snipers unit of the Yemeni army on Wednesday managed to shoot two mercenaries hired by Saudi-led coalition in Asir province, southern Saudi Arabia, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the mercenaries were killed in sniping attacks, which took place in Abwab al-Hadeed area.

Earlier in the day, a 12.7 mm caliber machine gun belonging to the mercenaries, was damaged in a sniping operation, which took place in the west Majazah area.
