YPC: Saudi-led coalition detains 11 oil tankers

SANAA, Dec. 26 (YPA) – Yemeni Petroleum Company (YPC)  on Wednesday confirmed that Saudi-led coalition continued to detain 11 tankers off Jizan port and prevent them from reaching the port of Hodeidah.

The company explained in a statement that the number of ships detained by the aggression amounted to “11” oil ships loaded with gasoline and diesel despite obtaining permits to enter the port of Hodeidah.

The aggression held theses ships in order to tighten the stranglehold on the citizens and increase their suffering, the statement said.
