SANAA, April 26 (YPA) – the UAE summoned Tariq Afash, nephew of former slain President Saleh, after the failure, killing and wounding of more than 106 of his gunmen and the destruction of a number of vehicles in clashes with the Yemeni army in the West Coast, a source told Yemen Press Agency.
Tariq forces which was armed and equipped with the latest weapons and supported by air cover, suffered a major failure military and heavy casualties, and a number of his gunmen enabled to escape after clashes with the army in of Khaled camp vicinity, the source added.
Tariq directed to establish military points in the line between Aden and Makha cities to arrest the gunmen who tried to get out of Makha toward Aden and returned them to the camp.
