Dengue fever kills 8 citizens in Shabwah

SHABWAH, Dec. 16 (YPA) – The number of deaths among citizens due to dengue fever in Bayhan district of Shabwah province, rose to 8 cases two weeks ago, medical sources said.

The source confirmed that the dengue has inflicted 224 cases in the district in various districts of the district over the past three months.

The armed conflict between the Saudis-backed exiled Hadi’s forces and the southern transitional militia supported by the UAE, has exacerbated the health conditions and collapsed the medical system, as well as a frightening spread of diseases and epidemics in various districts of southern provinces.
