Yemen’s ambassador to Syria meets Indian counterpart

DAMASCUS, Dec. 16 (YPA) – Yemen’s ambassador to Damascus Naif al-Qanis on Monday met with Indian ambassador to Syria Hifzur Rahman and discussed with him bilateral relations between Yemen and India.

During the meeting, al-Qanis reviewed the humanitarian situation in Yemen and the repercussions of the Saudi-Emirati aggression and those major powers standing behind it, led by the United States of America.

Al-Qanis praised India’s positions in support of peace in Yemen.

The Indian ambassador expressed his wishes for bringing peace in Yemen.

In the meeting, the two ambassadors condemned the U.S. practices aimed to loot the Syrian oil.
