Judicial Council head stresses doubling efforts to tackle prisoners’ cases

SANAA, Nov. 23 (YPA) – The head of the Supreme Judicial Council Ahmed Yahya al-Mutawakel on Saturday stressed on the importance of enhancing efforts to tackle the need to complete the prisoners’ cases in jails in several provinces.

The move came during extraordinary meeting Attorney General Nabil al-Azani and the chief of Judicial Inspection Authority Ahmed al-Aqaidah.

al-Mutawakel said that judicial leaderships put plans to overcome the challenges and difficulties that stand as obstructs to carry out issues and alleviate the suffering of the prisoners.
