Yemeni army repels mercenaries’ attack in Taiz

TAIZ, Nov. 19  (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Tuesday repelled an attack carried out by mercenaries of Saudi-led coalition in Taiz, southwestern Yemen, a military official told Yemen press Agency.

According to the official, dozens of mercenaries were killed and wounded when they tried to advance towards the positions of the army forces in al-quhifah front.

The official confirmed that the attackers suffered heavy casualties during their attempt.
