Emergency campaign to fight dengue fever launched in Hajjah

HAJJAH, Nov.18 (YPA) – Governor of Hajjah province Hilal al-Sufi on Sunday launched an emergency campaign to combat dengue fever in the districts affected by the epidemic.

The first day of the campaign included a community awareness program on the dengue epidemic and its prevention in the districts of Abs, Aslam and Khairan Al Muharraq.

In the inauguration, the governor emphasized the importance of the field awareness of the diseases spread causes and ways to prevent them.

He noted to the role of the community in the success of the campaign and the delivery of awareness message to prevent these diseases and reduce their spread.
