Deputy PM inspects Standardizations Authority building at Hodeidah Port

HODEIDAH, Nov. 11 (YPA) – Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Affairs Dr. Hussein Maqbouli on Sunday visited the new building of the branch of Yemeni Authority for Standardizations and Metrology at the port of Hodeidah.

During the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister was briefed on the sections of the building, praising the equipped labs in the building, despite the scarcity of financial resources of the Authority due to the current circumstances.

Dr. Maqbouli noted the major role of the authority in the framework of the consumer protection and fighting the expired materials, which pose a threat to the health of the Yemeni citizen.
