Mass rally in Hodeidah to mark prophet’s birthday

HODEIDAH, Nov. 9 (YPA) – Thousands of residents of Hodeidah province rallied on Saturday to mark the religious anniversary of the prophet’s birthday.

During the rally, Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Affairs Hussein Abdullah Maqbouli congratulated the Leader of Revolution Abdul Malik al-Houthi and president and members of the Supreme Political Council the great anniversary.

Maqbouli added, “We are Yemenis today have confronted the Saudi aggression coalition and its mercenaries in great steadfastness for nearly five years in more than 50 battle fronts, its siege to prevent the entry of oil tankers to Hodeidah.”

He affirmed that the political leadership has paid attention towards Hodeidah province all aspects of service and development to alleviate the suffering caused by the aggression and its siege on Yemen.
