Zakat Authority starts distribution of assistance in Hajjah

HAJJAH, Nov. 5 (YPA) – Chief of the General Authority for Zakat Sheikh Shamsan Abu Nashatan, and Governor of Hajjah province Hilal al-Sufi Tuesday inaugurated in the city of Hajjah the distribution of Zakat assistance to the beneficiaries in the province.

The Zakat assistance target 60 thousand cases of poor and needy people from the various directorates of the province with an amount of nine hundred million riyals, on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday.

At the inauguration, Sheikh Abu Nashatan said that the Authority targeted in the first phase 60 thousand cases in the province, out of 112 thousand cases, noting that the rest of cases would be targeted in the second phase.
