76 bakeries in Sanaa closed for violating weights

SANAA, Oct. 30 (YPA) – The Industry and Trade Office in the capital Sanaa on Wednesday closed 76 bakeries in several districts for violating the weights.

The Office’s Director Sadiq Salah said that the office’s teams and its branches in the districts targeted 560 bakeries in a campaign started Saturday to control prices and weights and stop violators.

Salah noted that 653 violations were registered and 76 bakeries were closed during the field inspection of industry teams.

He confirmed that the campaign would continue to control violators and manipulators of weights, praising the efforts of the office’s field teams.
