SANAA, Oct. 23 (YPA) – The Parliament listened on Wednesday to the Public Freedoms and Human Rights Committee’s report on its study and revision of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (OP-CEDAW).
The report included an explanation of the terms of the agreement and a number of observations summarized by the Committee.
The Parliament postponed the discussion of the report to a future session in the presence of the competent government side.
