Israeli forces arrest 10 Palestinians in West Bank, al-Quds

SANAA, Oct. 22 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday arrested a number of Palestinian youths at dawn and raided houses during incursions into various areas of the Occupied West Bank and al-Quds.

“10 Palestinians were arrested from the West Bank,” the Israeli spokesman said, claiming that they were wanted for their involvement in “resistance activities against the occupying forces and settlers”.

In details of the arrests, Palestinian sources said that both brothers Hayan and Wardad Ibrahim Taqqa were arrested after raiding their homes in the village of Um Salona, south of Bethlehem.

The Israeli occupation forces arrested Mohammed Suleiman Al-Sha’er from his house in Tuqu ‘village, southeast of Bethlehem, and Ahmed Khaled Al-Lahham from his house in Al-Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem.

In Beit Sera village, west of Ramallah, the Israeli occupation forces arrested the freed prisoner Abdul Rahman Hamed Wawi from his house.

The Israeli occupation forces continued their arrests in the village of Al-Issawiya in al-Quds city and arrested Wadie and Hussam Alian, Abed Thaer Mahmoud, Mohamed Walid Mahmoud, Ahmed Abu El Roumi, Mohammed Bassam Obeid, Mohammed Zakaria Alian, and Noor Maher Muheisen.
