Iranian FM: I am ready to travel to Riyadh to resolve differences

SANAA, Oct. 21 (YPA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Monday that Iran will always stand by the Yemeni people,  believing that stopping the war is primarily to help the Yemeni people.

In a statement to Almasirah network, Zarif said contacts are continuing with Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan on the situation in Yemen.

He stressed that Tehran welcomes any initiative to ease tension in the region and will cooperate fully with any step to end the war in Yemen.

The Iranian foreign minister expressed his readiness to travel to Riyadh to resolve the differences if the right conditions are created.
