Supreme Political Council honors national junior soccer team

SANAA, Oct. 9 (YPA) – The Supreme Political Council’s Member Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense and Security Affairs Jalal Al-Ruwishan and Minister of Youth and Sports Hassan Zaid on Wednesday honored the national junior football team, who qualified for Asian Cup 2020.

In the honoring ceremony, organized by the Ministry of Youth, al-Houthi praised the great achievement of the junior soccer team under very complicated circumstances, by winning the qualifying card for the Asian finals.

Al-Houthi called on the National Salvation Government, represented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, to give each of the players a job degree in recognition of their honorable achievement.
