Tens of families rally to protest against UAE-run-secret jails in Aden

ADEN, Oct. 7 (YPA) – A protest rally was held on Monday by dozens of families of detainees and prisoners in the secret jails run by the United Arab Emirates occupation in Yemen’s southern province of Aden.

At the rally, the attendees called for the international human rights organizations to play a role to release of their sons from UAE secret prisons, especially in Bar Ahmed prison.

The protesters raised slogans and banners condemning the torture operations against the detainees in the prisons, calling to close that the prisons.

The participants affirmed dozens of their sons have been subjected to enforced disappearance for more than three years without any legal proceedings.
