Deputy FM meets UN official in Sanaa

SANAA, April 21 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign minister Hussein al-Azzai met on Saturday with the director of the office of special envoy of the UN Secretary-General in Sanaa.

At the meeting, they discussed the efforts of Mr. Martin Griffith, Special Envoy of the Secretary-General to reach a political settlement in Yemen.

The official also discussed an aspects concerning the coming visit of the UN envoy to Sanaa.

Al-Azzai stressed Yemen’s stance aimed at reaching a just and honorable peace that preserves the unity, stability and sovereignty of Yemen.
