Military spokesman reveals number of air strikes on Yemen during past hours

SANAA, Sept. 30 (YPA) – Yemen’s military spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e has on Monday revealed the number of airstrikes launched by Saudi-led coalition warplanes on Yemeni provinces during the past hours.

“The coalition has launched more than 39 air strikes in the past 12 hours,” he said.

Sare’e indicated that the airstrikes were waged on four Yemeni provinces: 34 raids on Saada province, two air raids on Nihem district, one airstrike on Jawf province, and another attack on the Haradh district of Hajjah province, targeting citizens’ property and farms.

Earlier on Sunday, the Yemeni army spokesman had announced that the coalition had carried out more than 16 air raids on the provinces of Saada and Hajjah.
